Shipping and Handling

How soon will my order ship?
Most orders ship the next business day but exceptions can happen during the holiday season.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Oklahoma and Michigan residents must pay sales tax. We add the sales tax during the checkout process, if it is applicable.

How much is shipping and handling?

It depends on the service you choose. We currently use the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. Current pricing for shipping is available when you checkout.


Return Policy


Please contact Support to initiate a return, returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Form. TVNweather Merchandise does not accept returns of used goods or custom orders. We are only able to accept returns if notified by email within 5 business days of receipt. If a returned/exchanged item is a sale item, we charge a 15% restocking fee unless we determine the product is defective. Please also include the reason why you are sending the product back, so that we may better serve you in the future. The item must be returned in its original and unworn condition with a return/exchange form, in a sturdy box or other protective packaging (insurance is strongly recommended for your protection), within 10 business days of being approved for a return for a full refund, minus a restocking fee (if applicable) and shipping charges. When contacting us, please include in your email whether you would prefer a refund, exchange, or replacement. If the returned item has been improperly packed and/or shows damage, signs of wear, or has been altered in any way, no refund/exchange/replacement will be allowed. No returns will be accepted for DVDs or other easily duplicated items, and all electronic media sales cannot be refunded on exchanged unless we determine the product is defective.

Shipping Insurance


Shipping insurance is available for all orders, and is calculated as a small percentage of the overall order total. If your insured order does not arrive in 4 weeks (8 weeks for international orders), we will presume the package lost and send you a new one.

Other Frequently Asked Questions

Will I get junk mail?
Absolutely not! We will only email information pertinent to your registration, your orders, and any notifications for which you have signed up (i.e., newsletters, information about products, etc.). Additionally, we guarantee that we will not share or sell your information to others. We hate junk email and refuse to create such an annoyance for our customers.

Is my credit card and other information safe?

We use industrial-strength Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all private information, such as when you create an account, place an order, or view your previous orders. When you place an order with the PayPal Express option, all credit card information is handled directly by them. When you place an order with a credit card, we process the order using PayPal as a "payment gateway", and store only the first four and last four digits of your card number on our computer system. This is to help identify your transaction should we encounter problems with your order.

Which credit cards do you take?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I pay using a method other than credit card?
Yes, our payment system also accepts debit cards affiliated with the credit card companies listed above. Also, if you use the PayPal payment option, you have the option to pay with a bank draft or eCheck.
